Customer service is excellent! Everytime I order flowers it's a great experience. Its amazingly beautiful and I love the care the put into these plants! There's one employee that goes above and she is terrific. I really appreciate her. Thank you so much!
I bought a plant from here about two weeks ago and suddenly all the leaves started turning yellow and it looks sick. I called to see about a refund and was told I was likely overwatering the plant. I have over 70 houseplants and only watered the plant once. It's also still in its original nursery pot, so I know it's not a drainage issue. I was told tropical plants are not guaranteed and I could bring it in for advice, but not a refund. I understand tropicals can be tricky, but I'm disappointed that I wasted the money on the plant. I'm bummed because I love Farrand and used to go all the time, but I don't think I'll be back.
The people at Farrand Farms were very nice and generous. I will shop there from now on. The poinsettia give away was a very kind gesture.
